In my 8 years in the optometry industry, I have gained knowledge in many aspects of the practice to not only better assist the doctor and staff, but our patients as well. My goal is to ensure each patient has the best experience we can offer.
I strive to be as organized as possible in my everyday life and work life. These skills help implement the best possible systems to not only ensure employees get things completed in a timely manner but will help the flow of the office. Our goal as a team is to limit the amount of time each patient is having to spend in the office for exams, glasses order pick ups, and contact lens pick ups while providing the best care to each individual patient.
